Court systems security incident recovery

The Kansas judicial branch experienced a security incident that disrupted the information systems on which state courts operate.

All courts affected by the October 12 cybersecurity incident have finished updating the Kansas eCourt case management system with new cases and documents filed while the system was offline. Information in the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal is up to date.

The Status of District Court Restoration page now shows all courts have finished working through their paper backlogs.
